Turkey moussaka musing

Today has been a pretty good Saturday.  I dare say that lately Saturdays have become boring.  I feel good about myself today.  Moussaka is what I have been making earlier today.  However, I didn't add eggs.  I wondered how people made moussaka with a fluffy bechamel sauce.  I guess I didn't know that but I can be leery of eggs in a bechamel sauce.  This is not the first time that I made this dish.  It is a turkey moussaka that I hope will taste good.  I look forward to eating it.
