Procrastination and exercise

Procrastination is good while exercise is hard. I guess it will get easier once I get to exercise a long time. It is hard at first but man, it is worth it.

I am sore right now.  I cannot believe the first sentence I made.  I don't really believe procrastination is good, but I am a procrastinator.  I hope that I can overcome being a procrastinator.  I need to strengthen my muscles.  I don't wish to stop exercising.  Maybe I should start off slow.  I have problems with my abs.  I have an odd body and I am self conscious.

Maybe I should feel more positive about myself.  Hopefully I can start off slow with this exercise.
